Another Big ‘lie’ of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) stands exposed. The viral video showing Delhi’s health minister Satyendra Jain getting a massage in his cell. Jain is in Tihar Jail accused in money laundering case. The video raised ripples across the political corridors and without wasting any time Deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia jumped into crisis management and held a press conference. He said Jain was advised to take physiotherapy by doctors and showed a prescription. Sisodia slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and accused them of being insensitive as BJP was making health issues political.

Sisodia had said in the press conference that AAP will not Jain from the party. When asked what about the allegations, Sisodia taunted the opposition and said, how do you expect the party to react to whatever people will say or accuse.

On Tuesday today, a shocking revelation exposed the claims of Sisodia and AAP. It was revealed that the man who was giving massages was not a “physiotherapist” as told by Sisodia but he is an accused under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO).

The BJP on Tuesday held a press conference and accused the AAP of making false claims. It questioned the silence of AAP convenor and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and asked him to speak up on the issue. It also questioned Sisodia to make a clarification. BJP said the AAP should be ashamed of itself. BJP accused the AAP of taking massage from a rapist under POCSO and demanded an explanation from the party. It said AAP owes an explanation to the people of Delhi. 

Congress spokesperson Alka Lamba too accused Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia of “misleading” the people amid fresh allegations related to the video. She also questioned the reason being the silence of Delhi Commission for Women chairperson, Swati Maliwal and asked her to hold a press conference.

Jain could be seen in the purported videos getting back and foot massages in his cell, reading some documents and talking to visitors while lying on a bed. Mineral water bottles and a remote are also seen. In one video, he was seen getting a head massage while sitting on a chair.
